8 or so bees in my bonnet
[music |razorlight-stumble_fall]

i heard i may be coming to canada this summer.
my cousin nick is marrying a lovely canadian girl

but i'm also thinking it is the ideal opportunity
to 'do' the west coast of canada.
fjords! and not a city in sight!

if anyone is willing to put me up for a night or two...

i'll plan my route...

Actually the largest city on the Canadian Pacific coast is Vancouver BC. It's a medium-sized city (from the perspective of a person from Chicago), and very friendly.

But you're there to explore the wilds of the area and I commend you on your choice. The beauty of British Columbia is rarely to be surpassed. Years ago I saw the Discovery Channel Eco-Challenge race set in BC. The views were absolutely stunning. Though I was in BC for a brief time (and much of that time was spent on exploring Vancouver), I would love to see it again.

Congratulations to your cousin on his upcoming marriage, and a very happy Christmas to you.

Should you make it down this far, I am in Seattle. My co-op's futon and shared dinners are your futon and shared dinners, respectively.

But America is kind of dumb and I wouldn't blame you for not wanting to come here. Although Seattle has some tasty, tasty veg*n foods!
